Luban, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 5417 Southwest 29th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 10,010 square feet from Kirco, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized as a warehouse.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
