Cusco, L.L.C. has purchased a retail strip center located at 2402 West Owen K. Garriott Road in Enid, Oklahoma consisting of 11,600 square feet from GRT, Inc. for $950,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
