Crafted Design and Build, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 1101 South Fretz Avenue in Edmond, Oklahoma consisting of 2,736 square feet from Santee Management, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized as a cabinet building facility.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Tenant and the Landlord.
