Brakes Plus buys land at S.W. 104th Street & May Avenue

Brakes Plus, L.L.C. has purchased land located at Southwest 104th Street and May Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 1.21 acres more or less from I-44, L.L.C. for $948,737.  The land was purchased for a Brakes Plus development. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
