Pelham Partners, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 3800 North Divis Avenue in Bethany, Oklahoma consisting of 6.33 acres from Bethany First Church of the Nazarene for $525,000. The land will be utilized as residential. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
