Y.A.N. Properties, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building located at 710 North Broadway Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 1,750 square feet from Corsair Estates, L.L.C. for $310,000. This was purchased as an investment. Abbey Sullivan with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
