AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building located 5730 Northwest 39^th Street in Warr Acres, Oklahoma consisting of 5,967 square feet on 0.21 acres more or less from Aria Properties, L.L.C. for $900,000. This was purchased for an AutoZone expansion. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Amir Shams with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
