4400 NW Expressway, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building located 12112 North Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 3,639 square feet from Clifford Hinton Trust for $797,500. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
