Exchange Investment Play, L.L.C. have purchased two industrial buildings located at 2412 Southwest 14^th Street and 2411 Southwest 15th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma totaling 19,125 square feet Quality Installations, Inc. for $650,000.  The buildings were purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
