An institutional investment firm has purchased a retail center located 445 West State Road 436 in Altamonte Springs, Florida consisting of 20,344 square feet Altamonte Promenade Associates, L.L.C.  This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
