USI Insurance Services, L.L.C. has leased office space at 1601 Northwest Expressway, Suite 701 in Oklahoma City consisting of 6,339 square feet from 1601 Tower Properties, L.L.C. The space will be the new USI Insurance Services, L.L.C. OKC Office. Amanda Sullivan with NAI RED provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
