Danfoss Power Solutions II, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 6200 North Harrison Avenue in Shawnee, Oklahoma consisting of 24,870 square feet from 6200 N. Harrison Street, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for general warehousing and offices for Danfoss Power Solutions. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and Mason Conway with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
