401 S.W. 80th Street Sold

OKC Prime Investments, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 401 Southwest 80^th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 20,632 square feet from Building D, L.L.C. for $2,975,000.  This office building was purchased as an investment. Matthew Pierce and Cade Flesner with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
