Foundation MRK Realty, L.L.C. has purchased land located at 3600 Block of East I-240 Service Road in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 7.5 acres from RV Indoor Sunnylane, L.L.C. for $1,200,000. This land will be used for an industrial development. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Amir Shams, Zac McQueen and Mason Conway with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
