225-229 S. Bryant Sold

Allen-Packnit S/P Trust has purchased industrial buildings located at 225-229 South Bryant Avenue in Del City, Oklahoma consisting of 13,200 square feet from RE911 Bryant, L.L.C. for $950,000.  This was purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
