BD Homes, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building located at 11231 East 11^th Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma consisting of 800 square feet on 1.09 acres from NNN REIT, LP for $500,000. This building will be utilized as an insurance office. Samuel Dunham with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
