Climate Control Group has leased industrial space at 4800 West Point Boulevard in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 46,400 square feet from Property Leasing III, L.L.C. The space will be utilized for additional storage.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
