MMPLP 1031, L.L.C. Series F purchased a 2,331-square-foot retail building located at 813 East Prospect Street in Ponca City, Oklahoma from PNC 813, L.L.C. for $1,527,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
