An undisclosed buyer purchased a 3,040-square-foot retail building located at 5229 West Owen K. Garriott Road in Enid, Oklahoma from WDG 5229, L.L.C. for $1,700,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
