R Unique Event Center, L.L.C. – Event Center has leased space located at 1407 Fretz Drive in Edmond, Oklahoma, consisting of 2,635 square feet from Fretz Industrial Investments, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for an event center. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Zac McQueen and Amir Shams, provided brokerage services to the Tenant and Landlord.
