Platinum Property Holdings, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 2040 Southeast 67th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 8,250 square feet from GTA INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. for $820,000. This was purchased for an owner-user. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Amir Shams and Mason Conway with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
