Hultquist Investment, L.L.C. has purchased a 16,000-square-foot retail strip center, located at 3842-3850 Lamar Avenue in Paris, Texas from Paris Commercial, L.L.C. for $3,275,000. This was purchased as an investment. Nathan Wilson and Samuel Dunham with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
