JRCS, L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 615 North Hudson Avenue in Oklahoma City consisting of 31,215 square feet from M2P, L.L.C. for $5,075,000. Abbey Sullivan and Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Seller and the Buyer.
