Woodland Crossing in Tulsa Sold

An Undisclosed Buyer has purchased a 9,697-square-foot retail strip center, located at 7101 South Memorial Drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma from Woodland Crossing, L.L.C. for $3,900,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
