HBA Cornell, L.L.C. has purchased a multi-tenant industrial building located at 1301 Cornell Parkway in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 33,609 square feet from 1301 Cornell, L.L.C. for $2,950,000. This fully leased property was purchased as an investment.
