HFC Citizens 23, L.L.C. purchased 601-603 Northwest 23^rd Street, a multi-tenant retail property in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 18,203 feet from Uptown Citizens, L.L.C. for $3,500,000. This was purchased as an investment. Sam Swanson, David Hartnack and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
