ESS 5, L.L.C. leased 2,642 square feet of retail space at 1010 Garth Brooks Boulevard, Suites 100 & 105 in Yukon, Oklahoma, from Westmark Investors, L.L.C. This space will be used for Empire Slice Shop. Henry Jackson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Tenant.
