G&I XI 3333-3341 S Council Rd, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 3333-3341 South Council Road in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma from Moreland Arizona Properties, L.L.C. for $36,000,000.  This was purchased as an investment. Cade Flesner and Matthew Pierce with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Buyer.
