Zac McQueen

Zac McQueen is a Partner with NAI Red and an industrial real estate specialist based in Oklahoma City, with a primary focus on investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 2016 in both DFW and Oklahoma City, Zac has built a reputation for executing complex industrial transactions and advising clients through both single-asset and portfolio-level decisions. Over the course of his career, he has leased more than 1.2 million square feet of industrial space and closed over 70 sale transactions totaling in excess of $60 million in aggregate consideration.

Zac has represented and completed transactions for a diverse group of local, regional, national, and international companies, including CoorsTek, Federal Corporation, O’Neal Steel, Ditch Witch, MasTec, Kinder Morgan, Lonestar Electric Supply, SpeedX, Seneca, and Arthur’s Air Conditioning & Heating. His transaction experience spans owner-user acquisitions, institutional and private investor sales, long-term net-leased assets, and complex industrial lease negotiations.

Zac’s performance has been consistently recognized by the real estate community, earning multiple Power Broker Awards for Industrial Leasing in 2023 and 2024. Clients value his direct, transparent, and ethical approach to brokerage, his willingness to provide unvarnished advice, even when it runs counter to a transaction, and his ability to align real estate strategy with broader business and investment objectives.

Zac graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a degree in Economics and Business Management. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, spending time outdoors, supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and the OKC Thunder and prioritizing time with his wife, son, and close friends. He brings the same discipline, curiosity, and long-term mindset to his personal life that he applies to advising clients and executing transactions.
