Candelaria Investments L.L.C. has purchased land located at 10408 Broadway Extension in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 2.67 acres from John and Claudia Scribner for $285,000.  Matthew Pierce and Cade Flesner with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Sellers.
