Arisha Properties, L.L.C. has purchased a 7,198-square-foot retail building, located at 12021 North MacArthur Boulevard in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma from RTG Holdings, L.L.C. for $2,900,000. This purchase included the real estate and business. Nathan Wilson and Samuel Dunham with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
