HBA Lakeshore, L.L.C. has purchased industrial buildings located at 1401 Lakeshore Drive in Yukon, Oklahoma consisting of 21,600 square feet from Global Equity, L.L.C. for $1,990,000. This was purchased as an investment. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Amir Shams and Mason Conway with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
