401S REH, L.L.C. has purchased a retail strip center located at 401 South Utica Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma consisting of 24,730 square feet from Sean B Ezell Estate for $1,700,000.  The retail strip center was purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
