Mitzy Harris has purchased a retail building located at 420 West Chickasha Avenue in Chickasha, Oklahoma consisting of 5,000 square feet from ECO Development, L.L.C. for $110,000.  The building was purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
