4713 N.W. 10th Street Sold

Cannon Investment Services, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial property located at 4713 Northwest 10^th Street consisting of 11,350 square feet on 1.04 acres more or less from Miller Floors, Inc. for $500,000.  This was purchased as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
