505 S. Chickasaw Sold

Panther City Investments, L.L.C. purchased a 33,939-square-foot retail building located at 505 South Chickasaw Street in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma from National Realty Development Corp. for $525,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
