JaceCo OKC, L.L.C. has purchased an industrial building located at 5105 Southwest 29^th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 5,000 square feet from ABC 5105, L.L.C. for $650,000.  The building was purchased for the buyer’s business.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
