5500 Frontage Road Leased

Asher Oilfield Specialty, L.L.C. has leased an industrial property located at 5500 Frontage Road in Weatherford, Oklahoma consisting of 14,160 square feet on 12 acres more or less from Brydon Enterprises, L.L.C.  The space will be utilized for an oil and gas services facility.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
