Miramar Miramar, L.L.C. has purchased 7.55 acres at Miramar Boulevard and I-44 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma from 3 L Investments for $533,000.  This land was purchased as an investment. Matthew Pierce and Cade Flesner with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
