FCNOB, L.L.C. has purchased a retail building at 800 Southwest 44^th Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 20,000 square feet from Chicks and Ducks, L.L.C. for $1,625,000. This was purchased as an investment. Samuel Dunham, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
