Alpha School, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 400 South Coltrane Road in Edmond, Oklahoma consisting of 6,185 square feet from Prime 400 Coltrane, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for a private K-8 microschool. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Amir Shams and Zac McQueen with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Landlord.
