ANS Geo, L.L.C. has leased industrial space located at 1301 Cornell Parkway, Suite 700 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma consisting of 3,388 square feet from 1301 Cornell, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for engineering and materials-testing office/warehouse. The Industrial Group | NAI Red, consisting of Zac McQueen, Amir Shams and Mason Conway NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Tenant and the Landlord.
