Brakes Plus buys land in Yukon

Brakes Plus, L.L.C. has purchased land located 308 North Czech Hall Road in Yukon, Oklahoma consisting of 3.99 acres more of less from Belmont Point, L.L.C. for $864,760. This was purchased as a new Brakes Plus location. David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
