Grace Realty Inc. purchased Damann Plaza, located at 851-867 12th Avenue Northeast in Norman, Oklahoma consisting of 9,316 square feet from Damann Properties, Inc. for $1,900,000. This was purchased as an investment. Nathan Wilson, David Hartnack and Sam Swanson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
