European Motorsports, Inc purchases 3617 S.W. 44th Street

European Motorsports, Inc. has purchased an industrial property located at 3617 Southwest 44th Street consisting of 5,000 square feet on 0.50 acres from Jeremy Shaevitz for $450,000. They also purchased the adjacent industrial land consisting of 0.50 acres for $50,000.  The properties were purchased to house Thompson & Salyer Premier European and Exotic Car Service Center. Bob Sullivan, CCIM, Abbey Sullivan and Clark Everett with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Buyer and the Seller.
