Dogwood Creek Retirement Center Limited Partnership has purchased 2 industrial buildings totaling 49,100 square feet, located at 200 Southeast 19^th Street and 2001 South Broadway Street in Moore, Oklahoma from Lohman Investments, L.L.C. for $4,150,000. This was purchased as an investment. Amir Shams and Samuel Dunham with NAI Red provided brokerage services to the Seller.
